Registration for the Dunbar Soccer 2010-2011 season is now open

Note when registering, please use your own email as the primary email if you wish to receive the fitness tax receipt for your child.

Online Registration will ONLY accept credit card transactions.  If you wish to pay by cheque you must use the DSA registration form, which you can download below. Cheque must be mailed in with the form or the registration will not be processed.

Please note if you had not already done so, please sign up for an account** first, and then a validation email will be sent to you and then you can register. Validation email may take up to 24 hours to receive, please be patient.

Registration Fees for 2010-2011

u6 (born 2005) - $135

u7 -u10 (born 2004-2001)-  $195 (before June 1st), after May 31st, $215

u11-u18 (born 2000-1993) - $250 (before June 1st), after May 31st, $270

As of July 1, 2010, all players U8 and up registering will placed on a waitlist.

If you would like to be considered for financial assistance through Dunbar Soccer, please use the DSA Registration form located below and contact us via email. Your request will be reviewed in confidence by the Club Executive.

Refund Policy

Full refund minus a non-refundable administration fee ($25) will be given until regular season starts in September.  After regular season starts and until October 31st, refund is 50% of the registration fee minus the non-refundable administration fee.  After October 31st, no refund will be considered unless a medical letter is submitted.

IMPORTANT (All Categories are wait-listed after July 1st- if you want to register please contact the age coordinator first)-If you are registering to be on the wait-list for your child's age group, please choose the "waitlist option" in order to complete the wait-list process on RAMP.  Once your child has been placed on a team, the Age Coordinator will contact you by email to confirm the spot.

Your Child Fitness Tax Credit will be sent after registration closes.  It is issued by email in late November or December.

Volunteering at Dunbar Soccer

Model for Volunteer Organization: Dunbar Soccer Association
Creating the best possible experience for all our youth soccer players requires the involvement of parents and senior youth players as volunteers.  Dunbar Soccer is adopting a new model for how we recruit and track volunteers in our club.  Starting in 2010/11 we will record volunteer jobs through team volunteer coordinators.  Each team will have one person who keeps track of the roles taken on by each family and will confirm each contribution to either the club or the team.   A minimum of 8 hours is expected.  
There are four areas in which you can provide valuable help to the club:
        1. club governance and management (board members, age group coordinators)
        2. team management (coaching, organization, volunteer coordinator)
        3. club service (e.g. photo days, uniform handouts, special events)
        4. team service (field stewardship, goals/nets, first aid etc.)

During registration you may sign up directly for many jobs required to run the club and teams.  General service jobs related to the Team and Club are grouped and allocation will be done via your team volunteer coordinator.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your final job assignment will be done in consultation with your team volunteer coordinator and club officials. Participating in team socials or carrying out snack duties on game days is not counted towards your volunteer hours.

Please remember as you complete your registration, that our club relies on the volunteer efforts of both players and parents.
