Dunbar Soccer Club offers a variety of youth soccer training programs to elp its players continuously develop their soccer skills. In addition, Dunbar Soccer provides Coaching and Referee Development training and assistance programs.

All player and coach training and development programs are run under the leadership of Dunbar Technical Director, and current Vancouver Whitecap player Steve Kindel. Steve started in this position with the Club in 2002, and has been instrumental in expanding the development programs available to Dunbar players and coaches since that time.

To assist both our volunteer Coaches and Managers, Dunbar has compiled and developed a number of training manuals, including suggested practice plans.
Mentorship is also available through the Age Group Coordinators and the Dunbar Technical Director.

A referee mentorship program and new training courses are currently being developed and implemented by the club.
