The Coach Assessment Forms are an important part of the evaluation process and greatly help us as we try to place players on appropriate teams next season. They are cross examined with results of independent evaluators at evaluations. Please find some time to fill it out thoroughly and return it to Steve Kindel by February 17, 2011.
