All tryouts for the 2009-2010 season are now complete.  If you have just arrived in the area and are looking for placement on a team, please contact the appropriate age group coordinator or VP. 

Communication of Results

We rely on the information that has been provided to us when you registered for the evaluations to contact you with results.

If you have not registered, if you have mis-typed your email address, if you have entered the age, sex, club, or level that you are trying out for incorrectly (all of these have happened so far) or if your email inbox is full we are not able to contact you with results.

We would like everyone to get notification that results have been posted to this website, via email, at the same time but we can only do this if we have functioning email addresses and correct registration information from everyone. We have just under 1000 players registered for these evaluations and we simply don't have the resources to search for through all the possible variable where a data entry error might have been made.
 

Questions about Results

Because this is the busiest time of the year for the Technical Directors, we will not be able to reply to questions (by email or phone) whose answers are readily available in the Evaluation Policies or elsewhere on this website.

We will of course answer any uncovered questions in a timely, forthright manner but if you do not hear from us within a day or two it is probably because the answer is already available here.
